Former Spanish motor racing driver (1990). In 2015 he left the motor and is currently dedicating himself to the world of music.

He was an official driver for the Torro Rosso Formula 1 team from 2009 to 2011. He was also the youngest driver to compete in the premier class at the time as he debuted in 2009 in Hungary, at the age of 19.

His career is a mix of youth, talent, ambition and intelligence, and he is considered one of the most incredible of the last decade, having broken records in all the categories in which he has participated.

He is currently dedicated to music and his stage name is DJ Squire. He has been the resident DJ at the Amnesia Ibiza nightclub and worked with record labels around the world such as Get Physical sub label Kindisch or Global Underground. He has also managed to play at the famous Burning Man Festival held in Nevada, USA.

He has been featured in DMC music magazine and is involved in charities such as Bridges For Music. In 2019 Jaime published Reinvéntate, a book where he tells how he went from being a Formula 1 driver to pursuing his true passion: being a music producer and DJ.​

Currently, and since 2021, he competes in some Karting championships, both at the Spanish and international level with the CRG Team in the KZ Category.
