Alejandra Prat was born in Denmark in March 1977. The world of communication and journalism has always been very present in her family: her father, Joaquín Prat, was one of the most important radio presenters and announcers in Spain. Thanks to him, Alejandra decided to study journalism, a profession that runs through her veins, since two of her brothers are also currently dedicated to the medium.
The journalist was co-presenter at the end of the 90s in the mythical morning magazine Día a Día, directed by one of the great icons of communication: María Teresa Campos. Alejandra has presented various galas on Telecinco, a chain that also gave her the opportunity to compete in the first edition of the reality show Survivors. She presented ‘Directo a la Noche’ a prime time program on Telemadrid. Subsequently, she collaborated for more than 4 years in "El programa de Ana Rosa".
Since 2008, Alejandra has been temporarily away from the media spotlight to dedicate herself to caring for her family and her three children. Even so, she has never abandoned her passion for journalism, being a reporter in various Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week shows or participating as a model in campaigns and advertising actions for brands like Tommy Hilfiger.
The presenter, who currently resides in Barcelona, is a lover of sports and nature; She is passionate about skiing, horse riding (she was 8 times champion of Spain and part of the Spanish national team in numerous international competitions), she practices dancing 4 days a week and is a running fan.
