The model Ángela Ponce was born in Pilas (Seville) and is currently a benchmark for transsexual women.

Despite having a degree in computer science, the young woman has always had more creative and social aspirations. After working with disabled children during her youth, Ponce decides to try his luck in the fashion industry and soon makes his debut at the Andalusian Flamenco Show. After numerous jobs in her locality and seeing her success, the model moved to Madrid to develop her career and achieve an international projection.

In 2018, Angela wins the Miss Universe Spain beauty pageant, becoming the first transsexual woman to be crowned Miss in Spain, in addition to representing her homeland in the international pageant. The young woman takes advantage of this media platform to address the struggle to make transsexual women visible. Her fame gives her the honor of starting to collaborate with the Daniela Foundation (currently the Angela Ponce Foundation): a social project that helps transsexual minors and adolescents and their families with the entire process of change, and advice to understand said change.

 Currently, the model she is the image of large international firms such as Pantene, of which she has been an ambassador for three years.
